Federal Regulated Testing
U.S. Forensic Laboratories is dedicated to providing drug testing services for federal employees and individuals licensed under federal
programs. We are in the process of obtaining certification from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
(SAMHSA) to perform this highly regulated testing. Our secure facility in Anytown, USA, is designed to meet the stringent requirements
of federal regulations.
Providing testing to: Government regulated employers, government agencies, military agencies, and the Department of Transportation.
Criminal Justice Testing
U.S. Forensic Laboratories offers a variety of legally defensible testing for government and state-mandated drug testing programs. Our
multi-step testing process ensures that results are accurate and can withstand legal scrutiny. We are committed to providing reliable
and defensible results to support compliance with court orders and state regulations.

Pain Management
U.S. Forensic Laboratories is a CLIA-certified and state-licensed clinical toxicology laboratory. We perform testing on a wide range of
prescription, over-the-counter, and illicit drugs. Our services include initial screening tests, screen and confirmation tests, and
confirmation testing based on what is determined to be medically necessary by the treating clinicians. We provide comprehensive pain
management reports that help clinicians ensure patient compliance with prescription medications and protect them from liability
issues.
